創知塾、岐阜市三田洞・粟野・岩崎、そして福富 Sochi-Juku, cram school, Mitahora, Awano, Iwasaki, and Fukutomi in Gifu-City

2006年から3年間、優秀な後輩堀野政仁氏の創知塾を中心に、多くの方にお世話になった。香峯子夫人の母白木静子祖母の故郷岐阜市福富からトンネル一つ西が、三田洞・粟野・岩崎地域である。教材も手作りで、地元の小学、中学校生対象の城(塾)を守っておられる、安定した姿には、勇気づけられまたお互い競い合っている。

Horino and Sochi-juku:
I was supported by many people centering Sochi-juku, cram school, run by excellent junior friend Masahito Horino for 3 years since 2006. Here are Mitahora, Awano, or Iwasaki community areas, Gifu City, through one tunnel west of Fukutomi where is the hometown of Mrs. Kaneko's mother Shizuko Shiraki granma. Creating handwritten texts himself for the local elementary and junior highschool students, Masahito runs his castle (cram school.) A stable figure encourages us and we compete each other.

お元気な長谷廣三さんはじめ、大変お世話になった方も多い。代表写真しかないが、ブログに記録を残し、感謝の一意を表したい。

Although with just a represetative picture of vivid Mr. Hase, I was supported by many people whom I wish to present my appreciation in recording this blog.

蛍保護のボランティア活動 危機に！Volunteers protecting fireflies face crisis!

   蛍の里  岐阜県下呂市門和佐から火打・和佐を流れ、JR焼石(やけいし)駅付近で飛騨川に合流する門和佐川。

  ここは、清流から夏になる時期には、蛍が飛び舞う。道路工事の影響から川が蛇行しなくなり、川蜷(ニナ)と呼ばれる小さな貝が、大水で流れやすくなった。この貝に蛍の幼虫が寄生し、育つため、この川ニナを養殖して放流することで、これまでは蛍保護ができていた。

    鯉を飼っていた田に、福井県からわざわざ運んだ川ニナを養殖、門和佐川の上流下流で、それを放流するボランティアの中心者(匿名希望)。

  しかし、県道拡張工事によって、この養殖池も埋められてしまった。次は、少し小さな池を作っているという。格好の環境教育でもあるので、中原小学校の児童なども、ともに取り組むべきことだろう。

   Fireflies' Village - Kadowasa-gawa River originates from Kadowasa, run through Hiuchi, Wasa, and join into Hida-gawa River near JR Yakeishi station, Gero-City Gifu Prefecture, Japan.
  Here are fireflies flying and dancing from clean water at the beginning of summer. Road construction caused making the river more straight and small shellfish, named Kawa-nina (Jp.)=melanian snail, be easily washed away by flood. Since fireflies are parasites of the shellfish, growing and throwing the shellfish into the river had been enough to protect fireflies before.
   This person leads the volunteer group in growing the shellfish carried all the way from Fukui Prefecture in the former rice paddy used to grow carps, and throwing them into the upper and lower stream.
   However, recent prefecture road widening construction resulted in burying these ponds. After that, someone is making a smaller pond to grow them. Since this volunteer activity is the best environment education, children like students of Nakahara Elementary School had better join.

Non-Nuclear Zone Treaty, Japan would lead 非核圏条約、日本がリードします。

It is 50 years after Pr. Toda trusted the youth and declared the prohibition of all A- and H-bombs at Mitsuzawa Stadium in Yokahama in 1957.

Now again I began collecting citizens' and residents' signature of agreement in sending a friendship message and Haiku to North Korean citizens and leaders in a good timing of new detentes of the South Pr. Roh Moo-hyun's visit to the North in October and the denuclearization by the North as follows:

Although shipping has problem, I wish to donate wheel chairs and canes for children with disabilities in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea this time.

6 party talks or the bilateral negotiation between the U.S. and the DPRK about the denuclearization is not fair because the nuclear countries of the U.S., China, and Russia with non-nuclear Japan, and the Republic of Korea are forcing the North to abandon the experiment. Further by sanction other international countries pose pressure on it. When Pr. Kim Dae-Jung visited the North in 2000 women and children were earnestly welcomed him in chima chogori waving flags and the South has their Reconciliation Ministry, so they both must wish to unify again because they are same race, share same language, history and culture.

On the contrary, Japanese diplomacy surrounding the North is so poor and self-centered, and our government or media always mention the so called abduction issues. If so, the North may insist to pay the compensation of the colonization even from before the World War II, let Japan apologize and pay for the comfort women issue.

Japan is an only one victim country of 2 A-bombs, and 1 H-bomb at Daigo-Fukuryumaru Incident at the U.S. experiment in the Pacific Ocean. Therefore we are most responsible for nuclear abolition. Even former Soviet Union country of Ukraine leads Non-Nuclear Zone and municipalities of Hiroshima and Nagazaki leads ttp://www.mayorsforpeace.org/ , why doesn't Japanese central government play a leading role of the total nuclear disarmament? We citizens speak out and push.

ノ ムヒョン大統領が10月に北を訪問し、北が非核化を進める、新たなデタントの良いタイミングに、今私は再び、北朝鮮市民とリーダーに以下のような友好のメッセージに賛同の署名と俳句を集めています。

それに反して、北を巡る日本外交は大変貧弱で利己主義的です。政府やメディアはいつもいわゆる拉致問題に言及します。もしそうならば、北は、第二次大戦以前からあった併合への賠償や、従軍慰安婦問題への謝罪や賠償を要求するでしょう。

日本は、2つの原爆と、1つの水爆、アメリカの太平洋での実験時の第五福竜丸事件、のただ一つの被害国です。ですから、私たちは、核廃絶に最も責任があります。前ソビエト連邦のウクライナも非核圏を進め、市レベルで広島や長崎が、平和市長会議 http://www.mayorsforpeace.org/ を進めているのに、日本の中央政府は、なぜ核廃絶に中心的な役割を発揮できないのでしょうか？私たち市民が、声を上げて推進していきます。

The Earth Charter page, in English and Japanese, is also created. An initiative of the charter for our environment, caught attention after the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro in 1993, its Beta-1, and 2 draft being open along with the age of the Internet, the final was confirmed at Hague, Netherlands in June, 2000, and then endorsed and has been progressed by lots of institutions and people. We are making an effort in delivering the Charter document in each mother tongue, and active to suit the eco-education.

地球憲章のページを作成しました。1993年リオデジャネイロでの地球サミット以後注目され、インターネット時代の幕開けと同時に、草案1、2、から公開、2000年オランダのハーグで最終文書も確認、その後様々な機関、人々によって賛同、推進されている、環境の憲章です。私たちも、この本文の普及を母国語でと推進、環境教育に資すればと活動しています。

Civil Activist's Peace Ring 2 平和のため 行動する人たちの Peace Ring 2

After joining World Citizens Renouncing War in May I found a grassroots Peace Web Ring, but which ended service on April 30, 2007. Therefore I decided myself to create  its successor Civil Activists' Peace Ring 2. English page under construction.

5月 行動する平和憲法のネットワーク に参加して後、平和を求める人々のウェブリング Peace Web Ring を知った。しかしサービス自体 2007年4月30日 終了し、もはや生きていない現状に、その後継として、私自身が 平和のため 行動する人たちの Peace Ring 2 を創設しようと決めた。準備は、ほぼ整いつつある。
